Hello Anet,

This is purely a me-problem, so I’m to blame, but I would offer a suggestion for it.
At the end of fractals a big chest appears, and I loot it like 99% of the times.
A few times however, when I’m not paying enough attention, and I got downed at the end of the big boss fight, I don’t auto-loot the big chest and move on to the next fractal. Again, this is entirely my own fault. But would be a big issue to instead make the final reward a pop-up chest, rather than a field-spawned chest to avoid future grievances? that way it’s no longer possible to miss the big chest at the end. I’ve tried re-doing a fractal, (something something a lot of stress in F99) and somehow, I didn’t loot the big chest the first time, but it also didn’t pop-up again when I redid it (bug or mechanical restriction?)

It’s intended to work like that with every “daily-big-chest” like those in raid or world bosses, even if you complete the boss but forget to loot the chest/get dced, you won’t be able to get that reward again that day (that same thing happened to me a while ago on Samarog…which is even worse since i had to wait a week to get it again…).

all the more reason for the pop-up chest to avoid this grief. For a fractal it’s just 1-2 gold so I won’t lose sleep over it, but a raid.. aih, thats an LI and whatever else pops up
