Hi,

today I went with my 80lvl alt on 16lvl of Fractal, my alt got lvl1 and 5 AR.

On the 3rd fractal something with my audio went down and the game freezed – needed to restart my pc.

We finished maw and everyone got thei daily chest exept me.
Did something changed in this matter ?

My main guardian got 10 AR and only 8 fractal lvl but I did 10 fractal lvl 3-4 times and I always got the chest but on my thief I didn’t get anything.

AR = Agony Resistance. This allows you to mitigate Agony damage and has no “level” or effects on your personal rewards.

It seems you are at a personal reward level of 8. Therefore, you get the max daily reward a level 8 would get. Which is only 1 daily per day and it would be a sub level 10 daily reward.

Once you hit level 10+, you can get 2 dailies. 1-9, 10-19. Once you hit 20+, you get 3 dailies, 1-9,10-10, and 20-29. And so on…

This is good knowledge, but I rarely do fractals once a day is often for me (becouse there are many things to do for me and everything consumes loads of time).

The thing is I know that that day I didn’t do any fractal with any of my characters I just wanted to go as a thief for once. I have 5 AR on him so lvl 10 is ok to go – even if my personal lvl on the thief alt is 1.

But at the end I didn’t get any box at the end of maw (it always contain 20 relics).

And I don’t know why. With my guardian (personal 8) or necro (personal 7) doing lvl 10 daily I awlays get the box but on my thief that day I did not :<

So my question was: had it something to do with the issue of “dc” like thing that I didn’t get the box.

It’s because your reward level was level one. You can’t get a daily chest until level 2, because that should be the first time you can encounter Maw.

It’s stupid, but it’s not a bug. Just stating the reason why.
