Since I’m annoyed to let always others open dungeons and wanted to be at least useful, I’d like to ask you guys if I need to complete my personal story to start the story dungeons, especially for Arah. My personal story on my new character is still lv 40, is there any chance I can do Arah story and unlock the exp one even if I don’t complete my personal story? what about other dungeons?

You’ll unlock explorable but if you ever want to do your story quest, you’ll have to do arah story again after. Others dungeons aren’t necessary.

Pretty sure that the Story mode dungeons are open to you once you reach the appropriate level. You don’t need to be at the right stage in your Personal Story to enter them.

You can do any story mode at any level.

I personnally did them all on a level 30 charater, including Arah Story.

Same, level 22, 21 and 30ish did arah story, and can open explorable.
