Just killed the last boss in fractals and the chest drooped, but I died to a DoT.
When others revived me we got kicked out of dungeon and we noticed that one member has left, is it possible to get back to dungeon and get the loot from the chest?

Nope.

So when someone leaves the party others get kicked out of the dungeon; is that a feature or a bug, surely either way It is not logical to be so.
Personally, lost all loot I was supposed to get and all the time (a bit over an hour) which it took me to get there =/

Once the host (which he most likely was) leaves the party then the whole instance will die. There is currently no way to transfer instance ownership.

Note that no one is happy with this situation, but we are forced to live with it because ANet.

Yup. It’s dumb and there is no excuse for it continuing for more than a year.
