Quick questions about infusions and attunements

1. what pieces of ascended gear can be attuned?
2. what pieces of ascended gear can be infused?

Thanks haven’t had a straight answer about this from anyone.

I’m going to piggy back on this… to attune a ring, you need an agonized essence, sold by “dessa’s krew” according to the wiki. I’ve unlocked all my fractal masteries, but nobody is selling this agonized essence. what gives? I’ve only been doing the low and mid level fractals. Does that have something to do with it?

Talk to the golem under the ledge Dessa is on, he’ll teleport you to a merchant.

I dont know if it is fixed, but the npc is/where disabeled for some days due to some bugs, so this might be the reason OP did not see it
