I personally like Koi Cakes even though I’m a Zerk engi I find them best for keeping up vulnerability stacks for the party without sacrificing too much damage.

Mf food. Dungeons are easy enough without buffing stats.

I often use Slices of Candied Dragon Roll for casual runs but if I am trying to go for speed then i would use sweet and spicy/curry butternut squash soup.
