I was wondering something:Does anyone know if poison cloud works on the grenade launcher duo?

The blasts hurt a lot and i was wondering if there was a way to block it to not die a lot, since that part is pretty annoying.

Do you mean the Molten boss fractal?
If so, then yes it does work
