Over the last 3 weeks I’ve devoted myself to completing every Fractal so I didn’t need to rely on others to open them for me.
Thing is I can only open 1-99. Why can I not open 100?
Please forgive me if this is obvious and I’m an idiot, I looked everywhere for answers.

If your personal level is 99 you would need to either complete a 99 or 100 again to be able to open 100.

It might be that you have completed both 99 and 100 when your personal level was not enough to open them yet, and didn’t try them again when it caught up.

Remember, to open a fractal you need personal reward level to be at least that level. Doing specific fractal levels don’t unlock them, but merely increase your personal level counter by 1 (and only if they equal or exceed that counter).
