Guild Wars 2

It says obtain each Pylon attunement once. Does it mean the three pylons at VG? If yes, why is my progress 0/3 even though I definitely had all three colours on me?

Pretty sure it needs to be succesful kill attempts.

You get one attunement on every split phase. Unless you’re Condi damage or the Tank/Healer (usually) you’ll always get blue attunement. I didn’t really check if you need to successfully kill him for the attunement color to count or not.

You have to be attuned to the guardian, kill it and then kill VG.

So you’ll have to do this 2-3 times.
