For those looking for help or wanting to learn raids on NA servers.

Trainee Minimum expectations:
Teamspeak and Microphone
1 character geared at a minimum of exotics.
Builds we use: Builds
Motivated to learn
No raid experience required
No repping requirement as a Trainee
No trial to sign up as a Trainee

How this will work:
I would prefer if people registered on www.lodgw2.com for invites.
I have a second guild to invite people to.

Since this just started, I’ll work with people on their classes first. We can go over raid mechanics as well.
Once we get enough people, we’ll start going through raids and going over raid mechanics in raids.
I may invite people from this group to go on our guild runs provided I’ve gone over their classes with them first.

This is mainly going to be around my schedule and my work schedule can be a little weird sometimes (shift work that changes every 8 days).

If you’d eventually like to join the guild too, I’ll discuss that with people individually if people are interested. This post is not to join the guild but to help people get into raids.
