You should probably do a tweet about it as well. It’s a quick way for people who use Twitter to see that it’s currently down. And of course, it’d be nice with a update saying when it’s back too.

How about doing a Ingame broadcast as well? You have the tech for it.

We will be working to address this issue as quickly as possible and will reinstate the UI and raid functionality as soon as we can do so.

All raid members disconnecting at 4th guard if all dead please work on that too.

They’re referring to the “practice”/trash mobs before the Vale Guardian.

So Vale Guardian is the last boss for this beta right?

im stuck in a group and cant get out, i quit the game, gonna wait 10 mins and see if I leave the group that way.

there’s only one boss in this beta – the vale guardian. the 3 mobs before him are just fillers/trash mobs

It worked. I closed the game entirely, and waited 10 mins, came back in the game and wasnt stuck in a raid again

has this b een fixed yet?

Right now Ive logged in multiple times to see if theres a fix patch but still I cannot access the Raid Squad tab in the commander tab section.

Hooray some kind of patch. This is it folks.

Well not to sound dismissive or cliche, but it is a beta test- and the issue we have been experiencing is something we only really see on the Live environment. So while we believe we have addressed the problem only having thousands of players hammer on it will really prove if we have rooted out all of the issues.

Squads are still not live after the patch.

Restarted after the patch, still have the old UI when I create a squad. Should that update have fixed it?

Ive logged in 3 times since the patch on a beta character in Verdant and this occurs even though there is no problem with my internet connection;

Squad UI still broken team.

Still broken, can’t make raid squads, or normal squads, can’t even log in any of my characters without network error. And nobody can enter the raid instance (through the portal)

I get the same issue. Affects all of my characters, even non beta ones.

According to others on reddit, only happened if we were tagged as commander upon patching

Its not only still broken, I can’t even log in on beta characters kek

I can confirm even after exiting game client I still cannot access any characters.

just got a squad of 10 and tried to enter, but the option to enter was still greyed out. this is post patch. also squad ui isn’t there

Squad UI still missing ,some players in my raid cant log on, ranger’s pets are going poof or disappearing, and when you join squad other tags are still showing.

Can confirm that squads still do not work.

Might if have anything to do with logging out as a leader of a squad? I logged out after the last patch hit but can’t log back in to any character.
