I was just with my group about ready to fight the final boss in the Ascalon Fractal when suddenly my entire group was booted. This is the first time it ever happened but it was very frustrating for my entire group. Has this happened to anyone else before? Also is there any way to make sure that this ‘boot’ never happens again?

we were booted out of arah all 5 of us

10 minutes ago my party got booted out of fractal during final boss in our 3rd fractal of the the day (lvl 10)

also did 4 other attempts today lvl 10 or 12 all ended prematurly because of random DC’s

this is getting to the point of no return Anet
fix it or see your servers become ghost towns

not a threat , just an observation

Just happened to my whole party as well towards the end of our run, this is GARBAGE.

We had the same issue, which, as I discovered afterwards, was my fault. I used a Repair Canister in the Ascalon Fractal without any idea that it leads to the whole party being booted to LA immediately (such cases have been reported on Reddit). I don’t know, if it was fixed, but I’d refrain from using those.
