I was doing Arah Path 4, we were doing pretty good, suddenly this idiot knowing that this path would be a little more time consuming says he has to go all of the sudden and then he got us kicked out of the dungeon because he left party. My friend was the party leader but the guy entered first. I find it unfair that if we are doing a dungeon and someone suddenly leaves the party for any reason, we get kicked out as result of that.. Arenanet should really do something about this, it’s really quite frustrating.

I’m not sure what you hoped to achieve with this thread, that the other 500 complaining of the same thing weren’t able to achieve.

I’m just pointing out a unpleasant experience, that is all.. is there a problem with that? after all this is a forum? where people express their ideas, opinions and problems about the game.

Yea, but it would usually be a better idea to use the Search function and use an already existing thread. On the assumption that any Devs actually check this sub-forum (they probably dont), it’s easier for them to check through one thread with multiple related incidents than it is to search through multiple different threads.

Threads like this pop up pretty much non-stop, and they have probably never earned a response from a dev.

I usually don’t look at the forums much to tell you the truth, but thanks for that information.

Cookie, that would be right if the search function of the forum was actually working correctly. Try to look for Arah threads for example… when I do, I only get results from the first page of threads… not the whole 12 months…

Anet sux at providing great interfaces and easy way to do some stupid things like:

• search forum
• see all your messages in the forum profile… yeah right, you missing half of them Anet… if I want my french message i have to switch to french version of forum…
• The constant relogging issues on the forum

And for the game:

• open a whole stack with right click + open all / consume a whole stack (karma for ex)
• buy multiple stuff at once
  (I already lost a mouse and a few fingers to the game ^^)

So sure, there is already tons of threads like this one, but that is because Anet provides bad support utilities to players / forumers. And in the likely event that a DEV or MODERATOR comes to this sub forum, at least he might see such a thread on the first page

However, to help this sub forum become better, maybe a moderator could open a sticky thread where ppl post the common issues they find with the DUNGEON in this game. Who knows a moderator ^^ ?

This kind of crap happen to me time to time. Usually the moron who started the dungeon decided to swap charater @ final boss for exp and got everyone kicked. But yea it really suck if you got booted from arah p4 consider the time you guys spent in the long dungeon.

Good thing arenanet is nerfing dungeon rewards instead of fixing the ludicrous problems with them.

It is absolutely awful design that one person can unilaterally decide to reset the dungeon for the entire team. What were they thinking? How has this not been fixed or even addressed when the game has been out for a year!?

This is why you’re not doing dungeons with randoms unless it’s CoF. Randoms are getting happy that people will play now more other Dungeons but they still won’t get party.
