Request: Fractal Weapon Chests
Is there any chance that fractal weapon skins can be changed from randomized drops to a weapon chest that we can select our skin of choice from? I don’t think the drop rate needs to be altered, it’s just that I feel that it would be better to allow us to choose the skin we want instead of getting a random skin every time — I’ve gotten multiple staffs and scepters long after unlocking them already.
It doesn’t have to have stats or anything.. I’d just be happy being able to select the skin I want so I can choose skins I don’t have.

I think they’re supposed to drop at FoTM 51+.. problem is.. FoTM 51+ isn’t out yet. There was a topic on this awhile ago.
Fractal chests are all but unanimously requested by the dungeon community. I’ve also already reported it up the line to ANet and they are definitely aware of our desire for it. I’m hopeful that HoT will bring some much-needed fixes to Fractals, such as this, but only time will tell.

This feature was promised to us during the Fractured! patch when they reset all our personal reward levels.
After a few weeks nobody had gotten a box. Then ANET came out and said, ‘lel jk guyz da boxes actually only drop above level 50 which we made sure you can’t access anymore kekeke.’
Part of me thinks the only dungeon content that will be released with this expansion was already largely built when Fractured! was released.
