If I get Royal Ascalonian Greatsword (lvl35) and (lvl80), they have skin and effect?

Unfortunately not this simple. AC weapons have a special effect and skin at night, which you cannot see with preview.

Uhm, is Karra Ghosthammer actually in the game and selling these l35 weapons? If so, can someone verify her location ingame?

I ask this, because (contrary to the wiki) she was removed prior to launch and Historian Symon is the only person selling the weapons (the l80 ones) as far as I am aware.

well i suppose there should be Karra Ghosthammer according to wiki. if this NPC is removed, my question is void
