Since last update I experienced that the burn dmg is just insane. So I was thinking maby the rune of balthazar will be one of the better runes after last update.

I am curious what you guys think.

Balthazar was already a cheap option for people not wanting to use scholar. For classes that apply burning it’s now slightly better, but most likely still sub-par compared to running scholar.

You are likely thinking rune of the flame legion instead of balthazar.

runes of balth seem to cap burning duration too fast for many builds. decent if not using fool/oil I suppose. but be careful.
