Guild Wars 2

I know it’s a disgrace to post here that a group actually failed this path, but it happened.

I went there with a not too good group, to say the least.
Anyway, we managed to get to the last boss, where the general stands with his group and we attacked them.

We wiped, and when we regrouped, the general was missing. we looked all over the place, he was just not there.
The npc was with us, talking to him didn’t change anything.

We weren’t able to complete the instance and broke the group up.

I know that it’s rare for a group to fail this path, so this may have never been encountered before.

Is there something we missed, or is it a known issue?

this happened to me once, we didnt fail or anything but when we got to the final room the general wasnt there, we backtracked to the bridge and he was stood there instead, really odd only ever happened once.
