Saved by a Bearbow ranger....
Volkov! I trained you to be an officier and you stabbed me in the back!
I HAVE been saved by a Bearbow Ranger once, actually. They used “Search and Rescue!” during the Clockheart. (And the pet, unlike players, don’t seem to draw Clockheart gears when they revive you.)
The bear part is pretty helpful. Shame they drag along those pesky pet rangers along with them.
Every time I read “bearbow”, I feel really bad, bears are so cute and helpful. Why stupid rangers that go ranged weapons only have to ruin their popularity? T.T
now we have character in the world of tyria that unites an elitist with a bearbow?
dayuhm.
but seriously…that bearbow thing is getting old.
i only had once (ONCE) a pug with a serious bearbow. (even though, he was just like at 300 range, he autoattacked with his greatbow and bear out…)
however, i wish more rangers would pop out their cheetah (or red moa if no horn) in dungeons.
i can’t be the only ranger that thinks constant 5-6 might (and/or fury) for your team is useful…
“Only the finest of potatoes in my zerkburgers.”
You’re not alone i usually run GS/ Sword-horn with a might roar kitteh
I did see a bear bow last night decked in COF armor, we were in TA Forward. He suicided on the death bubbles trying to get to the archers.
He tried to follow my warrior in cause i used shield when I ran into the bubble. It wasn’t so bad asuming he’d never done the path before but when i got him up and he did it a second time only seconds later I loled hard.

Yeah, I know it’s getting old. I actually really don’t care what class people run in dungeons. I don’t mind taking a little extra time as long as people know the paths, play as a team and we don’t wipe 5 times.
I just thought the funny part was his comment about everyone standing out of the way so he can “do some damage”. Still makes me laugh.
Honestly, bearbow isn’t even that bad when run by a competent player. I’ve done 5 man bearbow dungeon runs for the lolz and they’ve gone smoother than many pug runs I’ve done.
Volkov, you boot licking idiot! I trained you to be an officier and you stabbed me in the back!
Fixed.
