Hey there everyone.

I decided to finally get myself to try to solo lv 100 with ranger.
Been thinking which build should I go with, condi or power but I decided to go with condi this time. Unfortunately I had to take staff because of the 3 elites. I just couldn’t think of shortbow being good enough to survive that phase. Maybe I will try it out next time, the fractal potions make it much easier so it might work.

The stupid healing spring messed things up a bunch of times killing my companion….I just hate the fact they made it into a trap….buggy mess, oh well.

I hope you will enjoy it. And sorry if the video is crap, this was the first time I actually recorded anything.

I had to find out I just cannot use any of the songs I like/preferred for this, so I had to stick with a mute video this time, since my recorder kept recording the songs I listened to during the gameplay…. I apologize for the no sound part.. :/

This was a pretty good watch, actually! I particularly enjoyed the 25% phase and how you chose an actively played build rather than something super boring (but totally doable) like bearbow. Cheers.

@Rising Dusk: Thank you, I’m happy you liked it! Yeah, the 3 elites phase is pretty nice, I kind of wish there were more of them, not just at 25%. Haha yeah, no way I’d go near that abomination of a build.

@Deepcuts: Thank you kindly! Yeah, sure I’ll edit my post and add the build I used. Although, that staff makes it look like a complete joke, really. I didn’t want to take staff, but since this was my first try with ranger I thought I’d need it for survival. (Plus it’s my wvw build’s staff.)

I might try to go it another go with a/t+ sb and see if I can beat it under 25 mins.

Yeah, I prefer to use it on axe since you need to be in melee range for the bonfire anyway.
