Guild Wars 2

I’m looking to complete my last step for my fractal capacitor, and it requires a Crystallized Mist Essence. The wiki says that it drops from lvl 20+ fractals. My question is: did that change with the new update? The fractals seem to be re-balaned around level 100 being the maximum ie: no agony damage until level 20, etc. Did the levels for the mist essence change too?

I can tell you as much as that I got shard drops below Lv51, but I just can’t remember what exact scale. I assume it’s still going to be 20+ or at least around there.
