We all know this achievement is buggy and doesnt give any rewards besides the 10 ap.
Like the Dungeon skin achievement I thought it would be cool for the fratcal skin achievement to give a title “The Mistlocked”.

How do you even unlock it?
Once you get all the weapon skins unlocked it will give you the achievement
That’s ridiculous. Why isn’t it displayed in achievents in colections in the first place?
Because it’s buggy and doesn’t work for 99% of people. I have every fractal skin and still don’t have that collection. It’s been reported to Anet several times but they just don’t give a kitten.
