Guys remember back when they removed per-boss token rewards? Because people would farm an entire dungeon armor set by killing 1 boss then doing it over and over and over again?

You people who are farming Arah and other dungeon first bosses because they’re easier, take less time, and award more money, loot, karma and tokens over time are going to ruin the game for the rest of us who don’t. Seriously, they started to give us more things per boss and you guys are already back at this again?

Just play the game as intended for crying out loud. You guys are just as bad as the people who kill the shatterer from the side on the hill. Grow a pair and stop using cheap tactics to get what you want. Play the game how it’s meant to be played.

Could you please write me a list of how it’s supposed to be played? Excuse me for not being a mind reader. I want to understand more, please could you be more detailed and tell me where exactly I can find out how the game should be played?
Are you saying I should stand on exact spot where you want me to stand to kill a certain mob? (shatterer in your example) Maybe Anet could have blue circles all over the game to tell us exactly where we should stand to kill certain enemies? You could try suggesting them that, because I really don’t understand what you’re trying to say with “play the game how it’s supposed to be played”. You should give us more details.

Part of game mechanics. Not an exploit. Quit whining and get yourself a group that does 12 runs/hour.

And i was so happy Arah was back to his glory, closing the lupicus WP exploit path3 noobrun.

Rallying at a WP is not an exploit. If you really want Lupus to be fought without waypoints, it’s VASTLY simple to close the door behind him when he’s pulled.

p.s. no need to close his door, they simply get rid of the wp door, not even needed /justified by the path

I can not care less about the tokens that drop from bosses once again, I farmed up arah armor the regular way by finishing the dungeon. But with the less then rewarding loot you get from completing a dungeon compared to how long time it takes to complete its not very weird that players will find the most efficient way to make money, not because its easy but because it seems a-net don’t want to reward players enough for being able to complete harder game content.
I say this because atm it seems that the most rewarding dungeon is AC if you complete it (about 1g/path killing all bosses) and that it makes no sence to me to make the first dungeon the most rewarding one.
As long as a-net uses the RNG to reward us players will look for a more secure way to make money.
I would not love anything more then for a-net to really make the harder dungeons more rewarding tho so dont get me wrong.

Also you say you want players to stop farm the first bosses but what if players enjoy farming gold the most? do you suggest we do as you say instead?If you know a better way to make money pls do tell me, I would really like a alternative. And last how are we ruining the game for you? its not like the economy gets any worse and if you don’t farm the bosses you wont notice much difference, I am also sure a-net will nerf it sooner or later but they will most likely just move the reward to the end of the dungeon or at lest further in, that’s when players will finally profit more by doing the “full runs”

It’s not explicitly forbidden by the game mechanics to do so, therefore it’s legit.

One more thing, don’t you think some players have FUN farming money? Surely you do not wish to deprive players of the FUN they’re having because of a silly whim.

Because chests are guaranteed to spawn, bags of goods are not.

Arah is not farmed just for money. As you said AC allpaths + Cof path1+2 speedrun worth way more money. They steal tokens for a prestigious rare beautiful armor , weapons and gift That’s why i mentioned the glory of arah. And be proud to be rare with my fullset not exploited, worked hard for weeks and weeks.
No more or less the Cof armor, we are just surrounded of flaming players lol, are you proud to wear a cof fullset, done in less than a week, being a clone of 20 more players around you?

Oh yes, everyone sneaks up on the final chest using uber-leet hax and steals the endboss’ rightfully owned shards of Zhaitan. It’s the stargazer, that inquest, the wraithlord and the bloodstone shard each divided Zhaitan to a gorillion shards and kept them to themselves. And we thieving scum sneak up and steal

That’s why i mentioned the glory of arah.

Arah isn’t glorious. It’s annoying and tedious.

THIS, and constant pug fail at lupicus after the door closed, was the reason arah was back to his glory. It is, so far, the hardest dungeon (skip me the “nah xxx is harder” because bosss x is bugged so it’s harder" ). A DE zerg or a newbie is just carried revving him constantly (not mentioning players who as much you explain the tactic, doesn’t read 1 single line ) dead at beginning of lupicus ph2, 100% sure, leeching others beating him and rezzing him, carried to the end, again died at boss waiting a rez/ running back constantly. Reason because from when the door was closed, a LFM arah was rare. Not because annoying. Just because a loser cannot afford that battle at all THIS is the glory of arah. Master all the content, knows every single millimeter of that dungeon perfectly aware of what is going on. I guess i’m oldfashioned. Kids " i want all and now" will never get what i mean. No, it’s not “Elitism FTW”. I have on my friendlist top players who play a few hours after dinner, when back to work, like me.
Often offline, we have a life. . Great players, actually, they just perform better, listen tactic, open to learn, WILLING to master the content, not willing to learn the exploit of the day

I enjoy playing hard content the most, in the beginning arah was challenging and really fun but 2k tokens (from full runs) arah starts to fell kind of boring and plain so you need a reward for completing it, sry but 26 silver wont cut it when all dungeons give the same. Also you dont need “top players” to run arah. As long as the “exploit of the day” as you call it is more rewarding and not punisheble with banns players will do it over arah full runs, not because of arah being to hard but because it takes so much time for so little reward, I mean even if you get exotics from the end boss you will probably make more money farming the first 2 bosses and that’s extremely sad.
Pls make arah like fractal with levels and a end reward in silver/gold that scale, say add 5-10 silver each level. Or even give us that reward in fractal. As I said before, RNG just wont cut it.

Agree, a better “reward” would lead some players to enjoy the full content a bit more. And play better, learn to master the content with a big purpose.
Like better loot from chest more near to the end you are, exotic just on final boss chest, precursor on loottable obiouvsly included.
For some, would be a great rewarding challenge, way more interesting than token farm. Still, will not get rid of tokenfarmers, but hopefully even this part can be fixed.
