Stupid problem

Yes… this problem is really silly. I’ve taken a wrong part of armor for tokens from Citadel of Flames dungeon(heavy and I’m using medium). I just would like to know if I can exchange it somehow for tokens? Or is there any chance that ArenaNet Support will help me fixing it? I really know it’s ultimate stupid case and i have no idea how I’ve done it, I just would like to save my time and get these tokens back.

While I’m no official response, there have been numerous posts about this issue and the answer is always the same — at this time there’s no sellback functionality or way to get the item exchanged. Suppose you could open a ticket through customer support but I don’t believe it’ll go far. Sorry brosef.

Currently there is no way to sell back stuff that you buy from an NPC. We’re looking into alternatives, but there are much higher priorities on our list right now. Sorry mate.
