[Suggestion] Add paths completed in dungeons
This same thing was asked for right after release. There was even a dev response. At this point I doubt it will ever happen. Best thing to do is just make a mental note or write down your progress somewhere.
thank you for responding….. no wonder i couldn’t see other posts about this…. I am not sure why they don’t do this as they are cleaning up a lot of the problem issues they could throw this one in as a bonus
Absolutely no need. When I was doing dungeon paths for the first time, I remembered exactly which ones I did. Even though they tend to share some bosses and general looks, it’s pretty easy to tell which one is which. If you can’t remember them, you probably did something wrong.
Anyway, it shouldn’t be too much of a trouble to just go over all of them again to be sure. Most paths are quick and easy (if you prepare well enough) and those, which take more time and are generally troubling for pugs, you will sure remember doing (Arah 4, Aetherpath).
I mean… you have good intentions, but not having detailed achievement section for dungeons is what currently troubles us the least.
I suspect its to do with how their tracking system for dungeon completion works. It would probably be a bit more complicated than we would expect. Its unfortunate but thats how it is. Thankfully the dungeon pool is quite small and its pretty easy to identify what paths you’ve done.
In your dungeon achievement category, you can see for every dungeon how many paths you already did. One path is always story mode, the rest are always explorable mode.
You can identify if you did the story mode of a dungeon by trying to enter the dungeon. If you are only able to open story mode, you did not story mode for this dungeon with this character before. If you are able to open both story mode and explorable mode, you did story mode for this dungeon with this character before. This is a character-specific setting, so you have to check every character until you are sure that no character can open explorable mode. In this case, you need to do story mode.
To identify if explorable paths are missing, go into the dungeons alone in explorable mode and check the point of interests on the map. Are there any locked/undiscovered points of interests? If there are no, you probably did every path. If there are some, you probably missed a path or two.
Don’t invest too much time into this. Checking for story mode is fast and easy, but to get all explorable paths, simply make a checklist and do every one of them once.

You are absolutely wrong. When i came from an MMO which had this function to GW2 which didn’t have it i felt like going backwards(it down grades the game and is not improving it at all). Not having things that every other MMO has is just idiotic decision.
