In cases where you are soloing something on a class without easy access to fury, how do these stack up against the other popular choices (Scholar, Strength, etc)?
I can’t say on a warrior who has great access to fury, Its probably in the top 5 runes for power builds but closer to 5. Falling far behind runes like Strength and scholar. However its not the worst rune out there like idk Dolyack lol
Rune of the Pack is a decent rune also.
My calculations are based on warrior with perma fury though so that means all the time warrior with this rune always gets 5% damage. Other classes who don’t have fury uptime like warriors I think there are other runes that maybe better but like I said its not the worst.
On other classes who don’t have good fury uptime its going to be comparative to another rune that gives the same amounts of ferocity since thats all you are getting from it unless u have fury.
Runes of the Ogre is probably right in there with it as being decent. In the end they are cheap enough to just try it and see if its good for your classs build.

I feel like the main reason to get runes of Rage is for the #4 bonus, which can be a source of fury for classes with limited access to offensive boons.
