I had submitted a bug thread in the Game Bugs section but have not seen a response. I’m going to take that as a possible clue that I’m doing it wrong. What I was wondering is that I am an elementalist using staff. My guild and I try to do TA EM and it seems as though the blossoms are constantly obstructed. Even when we are standing right in front of them.

My only temporary fix is that I use fire attunement and have the fireball lob to the blossom. Does anyone else have any ideas to get past this?

Hey there,

I had the exact same problem the other day. Was using a staff and only had dual daggers as my secondary.

As a necro none of my skills worked against these blossoms. This resulted in me having to get a member from the group to help me out whenever I had to respawn from the start waypoint. Next time i’ll try not to die at all but it would still be nice to able to hit these blossoms….

This has been a discussion in several threads and the devs are trying to work on a fix for all destructible objects (burrows, roadblocks, blossoms, etc.). For the time being, you’ll have to use alternatives that actually work on them. If you ask nicely, maybe someone else in your party can switch weapons or something to make the process easier. :P

Here’s some suggestions based on what I have tested in the past:

-ele staff air autoattack (works about 70% of the time and bounces to other blossoms)
-guardian staff autoattack (kills blossoms so easily)
-thief shortbow autoattack (bounces across several blossoms)
-thief dancing dagger (bounces across several blossoms)
-engineer grenades (can easily kill 1 at a time)
