TA heavy as a sylvari
i hear the armour gains colour from the Sylvari wearing it, but i never liked the look of the set even on my Sylvari so i never bothered to wear it.
All cultural armor worn by sylvari gain the sylvari’s base skin color . It’s done this way so it looks as if the armor is growing out of the sylvari. You don’t see that effect much in heavy armor, but in light armor you can see it better.
Had your sylvari been blue, the tint would be blue, So in this case, if you want to correctly match your armor to your sylvari you have to dye your armor inside the same spectrum as your skin color.
Yeh I have the same issue. my Sylvari is black an my TA armour had black in the areas you have that are green that can do nothing about. I ended up just dying the set parts black wherever it touched on the undyable parts.

As others have said, it’s because of your skin color. Also, TA light armor has a glow on sylvari but I do not know if this is present for other races in the same armor.
It is present on cultural armor as well, it’s a blessing and a curse at the same time really.
Thanks for the input everyone will be changing my Char’s color when i can then
