So, I was shown this a really long time ago and I’m well aware of the fact that to many people it’s old news but there’s a velociraptor just floating in the sky in Arah. Actually there’s several of them but this was the first one I ever saw.

Pretty sure they don’t have collision.

I at first thought they were just helicopters that weren’t rendering properly or some weird crap like that but after getting closer to them… they really are raptors wtf.

That fall damage tho. Clearly is exploit.
PS I need one of those chicken tornado mini’s I hope they’re are still available by the time I get my computer working again T_T

He was using that fractal tonic thing just before that clip happened too. I don’t even know where to get that mini, assuming it has to do with the new living story.

Btw, I’ve been hit for 60k fall damage while running through Lion’s Arch on flat ground before… just straight out of nowhere.

Oh I just kinda guessed it was in the cash shop, I’m not sure. I hope it is anyway because I am pretty lazy. looks sick.

I stopped keeping up with what’s on the gem store almost a month or so ago since the ratio of gold:gems is so terrible… it’s like 100 gold for 650 gems or something awful like that now

Yeh it’s pretty bad, more so because dungeon money reward remains constant. At least ectos/mats from salvages can be sold for more. I’m poor IRL atm though so grind away I will :P

I was selling lots of Arah but I sparingly do now, due to the massive influx of people selling paths for absolute welfare prices. :/

Used to be able to sell P1 for 7g any time of the day, any day of the year… now you can post your LFG to sell only to compete with 3 others selling for 5g. Weirdest part is, at least half of them are actually legit sellers… :S

So my daily income has kind of dwindled due to apathy and contempt for all of the people undercutting. No moar gold to gem converstions for me :<

This could be one of the Arah p5 bosses (mountain goat path).

I can confirm they arent solid, i believed they were the hp bar for the orrian anti air turrets exactly beneath them? Or something weird like that..

They could also be perimeters for the dust cloud as exactly beneath them theres that dust storm… That pretty much blocks vision to the sky there. Try jumping towards them with a leap and you’ll see what i mean.

I’m not surprised those raptors are flying.

Interesting… and yeah Cries of Sorrow in my OP there was originally a video link to a highlight on my twitch where I leaped and nearly “touched” one, but decided to replace it with a picture instead because I was pointed out by a friend that there was a high chance of some grinch mod banning me for it.

ANet should add now an ultra-fast raptor running (or flying) around in whole arah, like the Moa in Dry Top xd (for those who don’t know, in the new map there is an event with moa that runs around with ~9999999(9)% movement speed and you need to catch it and kill)

And it should drop dragonite so we never have to venture outside of dungeons again.

Just as long as it doesn’t know how to open doors.

No, they will roam around out of your aggro range but the NPC will occassionally run over and start pulling them to you.
