Looking for any help I can get here. It’s the last achievement i need for TA Aether path and I’ve done it ~10 times and have not gotten credit for it once.

I’ve tried afk’ing outside of the room while others do it.
AFK INSIDE the room
semi-afk inside attacking elementals from range just to be in combat for the event
Disabling mini
Different classes (no ranger/druid so its not an issue of the pet hitting flames)
Guiding the oozes myself multiple times

Multiple bug reports and an on going support ticket where the general theme is “i dont know, we can’t do anything for you”

I just want my APs. :-(

back in the day i sold aetherpath achievement runs to so many people and we rarely had issues with getting people this achiev. we found it helps if the person actually kills an elemental and if nobody else in the party gets hit by the fire. try these two tips.

what im sure you’re not supposed to do is go afk or semi afk. do the achievement actively

Remember, that you can’t dc even once before getting that achievement. That includes not being fully loaded when someone first talks to Caithe. So, if you want that achievement, be sure you’re the first person in the instance, and the person that starts it by talking to Caithe.

Yeah none of these are issues. I haven’t dc’d or not loaded in. I’ve also done the achievement actively.

I don’t know what the deal is.
