So yes, I’d really appreciate if someone could provide me a recent Arah P1/P3 solo, every thief solo I find are extremely old, mostly since they made change to p1/3.

Also is there any thief streaming “hardcore” PvE content? all I see everywhere is warrior

I know Nike will run his thief sometimes on his stream. just not always.

i honestly dont know who is running thief main for streaming or youtube…. I would love to find some though.

I think path one and three though are going to be tricky simply due to Tar and Orbs. but of course you have me curious. now I want to see some….

I guess you have to be that person Rope, time to devote your life to trickery and become one with the shadow, then once you mastered the thief life, start streaming.

P.S. Tar can’t really be solo’ed, but I’m more interested into the rest of the path :P. also orb is quiet easy on thief (shadow trap with shadow step) , but I can’t get past mage crusher since they changed him

My Thief is level 44. Next year, it will be my main.

Mage crusher is pretty easy with projectile destruction/reflection. If everything fails just take him to the statue and kite around it, much more breathing room here.

But yeah, can’t really eat his autoattacks on thief.

You should have enough gapclosers (dagger 2 and sword 2) to melee the ooze, entities are easy with shortbow and Signet of Malice. For Lupi I think there are enough guides out there, you can use a 6/5/0/3/0 acro build, though that’s far from being necessary and you can do just fine on a 6/6/0/0/2 max dps build (I have a thief solo on my channel- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=INPgQMbY1n4 -it’s not really new but tactics should have remained the same). If you want to solo Jotun, go into the room first and then back out so the NPC can die and you can try it again by talking to the Jotun. Then collect like 4 crystals to be safe and just afk while dodging the occasional lava font.

The cheesy way to kill Hunter/Crusher: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KGybllqtjaY (line of sight both, have the hunter standing in front of the crusher, don’t target the hunter, max melee range the crusher and PW his hammer attack). Magecrusher can be killed with kiting him around the Lyssa statue, but you can also clear some hands and fight him in his area. For cheese mode just go ranged, then his autoattacks are easy to avoid. If you want to solo the ritual at the end, either use stealth+SB 5 (incredibly easy with harpy feathers) to enter the circles or equip dagger/pistol and 5+2 into the circles and 3 back out.

If you’re looking for a ranged weapon to choose, shortbow can give you a higher sustain but p/p can kill the hands way quicker, so it’s really up to you.

Cluster Bomb has a really nice synergy with Signet of Malice (keep in mind that the entities are immune to conditions, though). If you still have issues with the light debuff, you can use lifesteal food and/or the new Invigorating Precision trait.

If there is enough interest in it, I could upload a p3 solo I did on my thief a while back. Keep in mind the video quality is sorta shaky, so it only looks nice when you speed it up.

Yes I was actually at Dom yesterday, he doesn’t upload a lot of solo stuff however, which is what I was loooking forward mostly :P

Is there still a cheese spot for ooze boss for arah p1? I don’t think Arah p1 is worth soloing because of the tar boss.

There is a cheese spot but you have to range it so it’s not really fun at all.

I am currently level 10 so far on my newly-made thief. Arah solos will be happening.
