Transmuting dungeon armor.

Hi, I’m just wondering if the same method employed to transmute a lvl 1 thief hood across characters can be used to transmute dungeon armor across accounts. Ty

Across accounts? I don’t think so. Afaik, using a Transmutation Crystal with a dungeon piece and a white will yield an account-bound piece.
