not likely, Path 1 is pretty easy BUT still takes a long time due to the HP of bosses.
Path 3, the mobs are easy but the bosses are insane.
Best tactic for the final boss is to clear out the spiders in front of the boss and range him.
If you have any type of AOE or reflective shot you will agro spiders.
SO MANY SPIDERS.
They stack poison on you and you will die in a few seconds.
Alot of people are going for legendary’s and you need like 500 tokens.

Your a little off, best tactic is to have 4 zerkers and a mes and burn it down before the spiders even get you.
I’ll explain why people want zerker wars in all dungeons now, as the game gets older the players get better. As they get better they are able to dodge the big dmg skills that pose a problem thus allowing them to add more dps into their build. I personally run every dungeon in full zerk on my war.
TA is a prime example, when i first started pugging TA the nightmare vines were such a pain in the kitten for a group of 5, now that i know how they work its an easy solo where little to no dmg is taken at all. so the more dps the faster it goes, the faster it goes the more $$$ u get.
People also kill the vines, drop out and kill again netting 14s and onyx lodes. This could of been what you seen, it usually consists of 4 zerkers and a ranger/engy. This has been around for a long time though.

If you have a Guardian and Mesmer, you can just use reflection and ignore the spiders while the group melees the tree. The only reason you should be ranging anything in TA is because of a bad group composition (5 Rangers) or people that are unfamiliar with the content and don’t know what to do.
