Two POIs in Crucible of Ethernity bugged?

So I did all 3 explorer mode ways and the story mode of Crucible of Ethernity, but I am still missing 2 POIs I cant find any way to access. One in Crucible Access Platform and one in Golemgate Delivery Dock
If they arent bugged, any hint on how to unlock them?

1st person worldwide to reach 35,000 achievement points.

Maybe through story mode?

The one where the submarine busts through the wall is bugged.

Fortunately dungeon POIs aren’t counted towards anything, though.
