So, in situations where a player is physically unable to be resed, glitch or otherwise, why can’t we WP out?

For example, in CoF path 3, the boss knocks you into the lava. Now, the lava kills you in about 3 or 4 ticks, if you fall in it, you can’t be revived, the lava still hurts you when dead.

Now, because of the WP change, if one person happens to get knocked off, the entrie team is pretty much screwed.

Because they didn’t think the change through. They changed Maggs event in another CoF path to work with the changes, but not this one.

Tsk tsk tsk.

One of my teammates died in the lava before the fight ends, she had 3 stacks of lava condition even though she’s dead but she can ress at a WP just fine when everyone’s out of combat.
Though it’s really annoying that you still take dmg from the lava even though you’re dead.

That’s the thing, you cannot way point if everyone is in combat. But in situations as Bacon says, it needs to get some kind a change in circumstances.

Or you can not put the game at fault when you chose a bad position and were knocked into the lava. Classic case of you made a huge tactical error therefore your team suffers because a member of the team made a major mistake. Team play.
