Guild Wars 2

Ok this is happening again. I form a group but I am unable to enter the dungeon with my group.
When you get the pop up it asks you to join your party.
If you say yes it does not load.
If you enter first you are loaded into an instance by yourself and the other members do not load in.
What is going on?

Tried re-logging, logging into another character then back into original, changing party leaders.
Nothing.
As soon as I join the group again I get a pop up asking me to join my party in the dungeon even though all members were standing in front of me.

Attempted to port to another map then back
Upon entering zone again you get the pop-up asking you to join your party in the dungeon.
When you click it nothing happens.

Happening on the Crucible of Eternity Dungeon.
I am more than happy to help a Dev test if needed. This is just really a pain because I only have a certain amount of time to play.

It seems you may only be using the popup to enter in – have you tried walking through the portal yourself? (Edit: Outside of when it’s you being the person to enter first)

If that doesn’t work, you may want to ask everyone to leave and stand outside the portal and one person enter. Then everyone else enter. (That sometimes works when this happens to me.)

Yes we have tried that. Problem is even if you close the pop up you immediately get then have one person try and walk in they end up alone in the instance.
Then you try and walk to the portal and get the option to join group.
If you click it nothing happens.
Then you back up and try and walk again and it lets you in but in an instance alone.
They really need to fix this, I am sure I am way off base because this is a different game but GW was all instances and I never had any issues entering them with my party.

My friends and I have the same problem. When we first arrive we are able to enter our own instances of the dungeon, but we cannot all get into the same instance. We have tried:

1. Waiting until the first person loads the dungeon completely and then the others follow.
2. Going to a different zone and coming back.
3. Relogging our accounts all the way out as well as switching toons and back.
4. Disbanding the group for 10 mins to allow the session keys to expire and trying again.

Nothing has worked. It seems as though some people are able to make it work, so I don’t really get it. We have tried two different nights for a total of about 2 hours so far.

had this happen at the end of a path where we lost some one , at the last cannon in ac , lost some one , got another , they got a diffrent instance , tryed to zone out and back in to get it to pop , and we ended up with 3 diffrent instances , all the work in the doungion wasted at the last 5 minunts with 0 rewards . <made a thread about it >

Same problem, completely annoying and stupid, this is actually the only thing I have left to do PvE wise, need 500 tokens for the rest of the set, 2 days gone without a single arah run even tho I’ve sat next to it trying to get in for about 3 hours each day…
