When it comes to the drege suit/ice ele boss it comes down to your team and practice.
Your party need to coordinate so that the lava actually hit the boss. Dont blame the game because you guys suck. at lvl 2 its understandable since you havent done this boss much yet.
Besides if the boss heal a lot it means you have a chance to practice and do it right.
Unless am mistaken, the heal can be interrupted, like by a thief #4 pistol ability for example…
Also thief can place the bombs solo while the rest is waiting w/o fighting with mobs. Thats the easiest part tbh. Ofcourse if you are one of those thiefhaters then u dont have this option
Dredge fractal is not that hard, as people said before Spy Kits help a lot, on lvl 2 you can even do it without it, i think we started to use it after lvl 10 or so Boss itself is easy also, kite him under lava tank, slow or imobilize him and get lava on him, debuff on boss last 30 sec and u need to kite him on second one etc etc….
If you need help with fights let me know in game. /w Pospani
Fear also interrupts it.
also for the part to activate the door. need 2 people on buttons 2 to keep aggro and run around and 1 to activate the door (spy kits make this easier but its easy doable without on the early levels)
bomb door part just use swiftness and some survival skills to run trough place bomb and survive :p
I’m only at lvl 17, so I don’t know how bad it gets at higher lvls, but I’ve never felt the need to cheat so far.. be it with spy kits or the portal gun to avoid the two gates at the start (only one group I went with insisted on it. the person wanting to do it like that the most fell down three times.. so we had to wipe/reset… it’s so much faster just running to the switches and back)
the door (bombs or mining cannon) is a bit harsh, we usually do it in 2-3 runs, with everybody grabbing a bomb, setting it down and retreating, then we kill the first few mobs while we wait for defensive cooldowns and make another run. sometimes someone goes down, since I always PUG, but it’s really not that bad if everybody runs through and the aggro gets shared. one person running alone is pretty much dead after invincibility (i.e. endure pain on warri) runs out.
the boss is just a question of whether people play correctly.. had a d/d ele in my group on lvl 16 which constantly aggroed the boss and chilled/crippled him, which meant, superheated ran out before he got to the next pot.. extremely annoying, took us way longer than usual because the boss healed three times. but if everybody switches to ranged and immobilizes the boss under the pot it’s quite easy (agony became a problem until I got two infusions though)
