Guild Wars 2

If I were to do Vale Guardian more than 1 per week, would I still get the same amount of magnetite shards? Would I get the Legendary Insight as well?
I need to know this since I have only done VG 5x times till now and people ask for something like 20+ LI to even attempt Gorseval. Excuse me my noobiness.

u only get an insight once per week but you will get shards if you havent hit the weekly cap
