VOTE! Do we need party finder? (Yes/No)
Yes, we need one.
And is should be cross-server.
We can already go to dungeons with people from other servers through overflow. So make this official and make it easy.
YES this is needed but not automated party matching….
a want at least something like this AION system http://gameguide.na.aiononline.com/aion/Grouping+in+1.9 cross server ofc
Yes, and i agree, it needs to be cross server.
Yes, cross-sever ect.
Yes, cross server, ect.
yes, like everyone else said
Yes, just without a reward for using the LFG tool
No, find a helpful active guild and run with them on a voice communication program. Tier 2 Fractals+ will be too difficult with a PUG w/o some organization. LFG in /m for other dungeons are pretty straight forward and relatively simple to find a group.
Yes
… but also a looking for guild function as well! Id quite happily move servers and join a guild if they were running FotM at the same diff as me (a lowly 2).
Retired and living in a shack. Relaxing!
Yes. With at least a 254-char comment to describe your LFG status, and ability to filter by dungeon, etc.
Yes cross server and a looking for guild function would be cool
Support! Cross server aswell!
NO. Only a LFG chanel 4 tho whole world, not cross server.
a better search tool on par with the search function in GW1. no LFG tool ala WoW(btw no matter how many people ask for specifically that, it’s never coming).
Yes. 100% server cross! I don’t want to be restricted to one server.
+1 this idea. It should be cross server as well as be categorized and organized in a way in which you can ‘filter’ and search results.
Similar to the gw2lfg concept but a little more advanced.
This would not be very hard to implement. It just Anet’s green light and some work.
Commander @ Tarnished Coast
Yes I would be so happy to see this
YES! ArenaNet, please listen to your playerbase on this on. Don’t be stubborn just because you want to try to be as different from Blizzard as possible.
Yes! Something similar to GW1/Aion and cross-world!
Yes.
In fact, it should be an automated tool of the same kind you can find on wow or any other triple A title. I was really surprised gw2 lacked it.
I dropped this game shortly after reaching 80 due to the lack of a dungeon finder tool. I haven’t even checked any of the dungeons.
I don’t plan to come back to this until this mandatory feature gets implemented. It’s ridiculous to not have it in a mmo these days. And it should be cross server too of course.

Yes. Because obvious.
yes, yes, 100 times yes
Yes of course we need one. I don’t know how it’s not only been left but not currently being worked on either!
P.S. Cross server too. Thanks.
Yes. Cross-server.
Yes (15characterlimitdoodeedoo)
Yes. /15charrrrr
Absolutely YES, cross-server, it’s about time, we’re not in 2005.
yes. cross server
Yes, cross server.
Yes! Something just to facilitate group making since I have to go around spamming anyway.
Doesn’t have to be fancy, just a way to find people who want to do dungeons. Hide their level and class for all I care, but spamming is annoying.
Aka: Taetous, Aithyreal, Greensage, Lemyin, Mary Jayene, Seeker Volf
Well, I doubt a thread with us yelling yes or no will make Anet change their mind. However, I vote yes. As I posted earlier in the Patch Feedback thread, this is why:
This new dungeon also makes it even more painfully obvious that the current lfg system is a mess. Whenever you go into Lion’s Arch now the only thing you can see is people spamming in chat LFG and LFM. I’m not sure why the developers think the current lfg is sufficient, but it’s not. Something needs to be done. Ideally, A cross server lfg system (similar to WoWs) would be put in place. Originally I wasn’t even in support of this idea. I wanted just a server wide listing system. In that system a player (or group) could list themselves under a certain dungeon and then could put something in the comment section (i.e. lf fractal lvl 5). However, at this point I think that the population on servers is now going to be too spread out to support this. We need a system that will make it easier to find groups for all of the dungeons and their levels/ modes (and the older ones are already being run less frequently). Currently, it might be possible that only two people on your entire server want to run CM story mode. This is why the new lfg must span all servers. I now support it being similar to WoWs dungeon finder because with the lfg spanning all servers it’s going to be difficult for people to search through the long lists that this may create for some dungeons. This could potentially decrease the feeling of server communities and it could potentially decrease some player communication, but I honestly feel it is our best option now.
Yes, I’m tired of spamming /map chat like I had to do in MMOs 5 years ago … get with the times!
Yes god please. So hard to find SE groups.
Yes.
I would love a better LFG tool. At the very least, it would have to be a server-wide version of what we currently have with notes to specify what you are looking for.
However, I would not like an automated tool. I still think that talking to and manually inviting the other team members is a must.
Fort Aspenwood
Yes. Cross server LFG tool is a must, especially with this fractal level thing.
for the love of balthazar and all that is good. make a party finder tool.
Yes.
I really like GW1 party system and am still baffled at what GW2 has. Part of the reason why I haven’t completed even story mode dungeons is due to the time consuming Map spamming.
Yes on comment adding, no on cross server
Yes, cross server. Tired of being blocked out of map chat while looking fruitlessly.
I would like any tool to help form groups. YES!
Yes. It would just make sense.
Absolutely a yes in favor of a LFG tool.
Yeah a LFG window is a must, a core feature really
Yes.
Though they already have a LFG feature it definitely needs to be more robust. For sure.
I don’t need one but I think there should be one. I never have any issues getting a pug group started.
We don’t need a tool like the WoW one where it will randomly assign you a group, but expanding the current tool to work cross-map and cross-realm would be great.

Yes please! Don’t need a dungeon finder like wow that automatically places you since we don’t have roles like that but we do need something to help us see people as lfg or groups lfm!
Yes, obviously. It’s really a must for MMOs. Not having it was okay… three years ago.
Yes, it doesn’t have to be anything complex just being able to add comments to the current LFG system along with an easy to access UI that is intuitive for new users.
