Q:

After slogging through over 100 fractals I finally got “Vial of Condensed Mist Essence”. I saw the vial in my inventory when we returned to the fractal start room. I was very happy. However, when I opened my inventory in Lions arch the vial was gone. I was then very sad.

I do not know if this is a bug or my “mistake”. The only thing I can think of was that I exited the fractal start room using the little circle/arrow button on the right side of the screen to “leave the instance”. This is what I normally do to exit a dungeon. Should I have exited by running out the gate?

It’s a collectable, thus deposit all collectables removes it from your inventory and puts it into your bank. Check there.

Vial of Condensed Mist Essence is a collectible (like ores, wood, cores, ectoes, lodestones), so most of the time when it “disappears” you have accidentally deposited it into your collectibles tab.

So I advice you to head to your bank and search the collectibles tab for your Mist Essence

Vials of mist essence are collectibles, meaning when you hit “store collectibles” it will be automatically teleported to your bank collectibles tab.

Check there and I’m sure you’ll find it.

I wanted to post what everyone else said.

However … that vial sells for 79 copper on the merchant. Might be you really made a mistake
