You can’t select assassin stats on the vial anymore,
which was the only reason for me to craft this amulet.

This is extremely unfortunate. Hopefully, it’s just an oversight and will be remedied quickly.

You should post this in the bugs forum.

Only dev posts in the bug forums are ,,merged’’ threads.
I doubt it receives any attention over there, but feel free to make one.
