Ways to decrease "Dungeon Armor Grind"
As much fun as it is running the same route 12 times for a piece of armor (or even 3 routes 4 times for a piece of armor), I think the ‘neutral seal’ change would be amazing. It would also cut down on time needed to create groups.
The fact is, there is a massive grind for dungeon gear at level 80 (or any level for that matter.) And though you can say we are not meant to farm dungeons, we are literally stuck doing just that: we have to clear the SAME dungeon 100 times to earn an entire set of matching armor, and there is no way around this (if we want that specific set of armor.)
You could say we are meant to take it slow…but still, logging in for 100 days straight just to look for a group for a dungeon, and then clearing said dungeon, is not the way I want to be spending my in game time for the next 100 days.
Additionally, I think the following should be balanced accordingly:
Routes are now rated with a difficulty (easy, medium, hard.) and the rewards scale as such. (maybe 10 seals per boss for hard. Easy would be completeable in 30 minutes or so.

Oh if only we needed to reduce the “dungeon gear grind”, this would be a great thread.
Hint: you are not stuck doing anything. You want that rare, unique-looking set? You work for it, HARD. You don’t wanna bother? There are sets that can be obtained much more easily and have the same stats.
P.s. The “neutral token” idea is pretty bad: people would simply farm the fastest route and get their Twilight Arbor-specific-looking set without ever setting foot in the dungeon.

“30 fps is more cinematic”

I see your viewpoint but I think there is a very strong competing viewpoint that outweighs yours. It’s really very simple: This game is named “Guild” Wars for a reason. As in, many/most of us are in guilds. And we like to do things together as guildmates.
In the current system, if I want the armor from dungeon X, and a guildmate wants the armor from dungeon Y, then we either have to: A) each do 2x the amount of work just to be doing it “together” as supportive guildmates, or B) say “kitten it” and go our separate ways and just do 1x the amount of work in PUGs.
Can you not see the problem with option B? Because that is exactly what you and people of your sentiment is effectively advocating.
A neutral token system is the only guild-friendly (and family/friend/married couple-friendly) solution to the current problem.
