I’m aware of certain metas (like for ele and war and ranger) but I want to specialize my chars for the situations I put them in.

So this is basically where I have my 80s at dungeons/fotm wise
Ele=AC and Fotm 40+
War=Arah and Fotm 31+
Guardian = TA and fotm 21+30
Ranger= CoF and fotm 10-20

And my plan for my non 80s (when they ofc get to 80)
Mes in SE (will replace ele if I go past lvl 50 in fotm)
Thief for CM (for fotm its only going in if I get dredge lol)
Engi for CoE (hate engis underwater)
Necro for Hotw (decent underwater skills)

Now I’m curious as what the best builds are for all my classes give those dungeons.
The only reason I’m asking this is I just wana park my alts in a zone and switch between them when doing my dungeons rotation without worrying about potions/food and weps/utilities. And if I have to farm FotM I can do so. In addition since I hate myself I pug all the time (seriously I’m addicted to watching bads be bads) so builds should have that in mind.

Good for you for wanting to start!

I suggest starting out very slowly, and invest in a good pair of running shoes as they’re your key equipment. Good running shoes can help aid in injury preventation.

Starting out, go out every other day and slowly build up. For me when I started I would run one block, if I had to walk I did so and eventually built up to going 2 blocks every other day and so on. I suggest taking a slow approach bc if you go out too fast, too far, too often you’ll end up hating the sport and getting injury——let your body be your guide on how much you feel like doing not what some schedule suggests..

I never did the schedule thing at all but I think the link below is a fairly good one

Good luck!
I gotta admit i copied this from yahoo answers, but i think this answers your question very well.

Long way to your answer: Look up the guides for meta -pve-dungeons in the profession specific sub forum.
