Hi , i play since the beginning but i haven’t done much of dungeon runs. So what is the easiest best dungeon explorable path i can begin with with random parties?

Well it WAS Citadel of Flame Path 2… BUT……

Dungeons aren’t worth doing anymore

You can do the catacombs at level 30 outside black citadel (Charr lands). Why run this garbage, I don’t know.

At 35 you can do the same dungeon in hard (explore mode). Why run this garbage, I don’t know.

At 40, you can run the manor in Beetltun (Queensdale zone). Why run this garbage, I don’t know.

At 45, you can run the hard mode of it. You would honestly have more fun using a wooden spoon to remove both of your eyes at this point.

yeah pretty much stay away some runs are do able but my god its like they never ran them through any testing.

I recommend not starting any dungeon at the moment because of the currect balance issues.

If you insist on doing a dungeon, currently Caudecus’s Manor the level 40 dungeon in Queensdale is still very fun and daoble. I recommend doing Ascalon Catacombs next regardless of the fact that it is a level 30 dungeon, as dungeons don’t follow a difficulty curve connected with dungeon level.

If you want to do Explorable mode, Caudecus’s Manor is still the simplest dungeon at the moment but the other dungeons are a mixed bag of very easy to extremely hard routes.

Any dungeon is easy enough that you can get PUGs together and clear them without too much pain.

The problem is that the time/reward ratio for dungeons at the moment are completely whack, and not really worth doing.

Make sure you buy gems and turn it all to golds before you do it.

Please don’t do dungeons with random people. Get to know some people interested in dungeons and play with them regularly if you can instead. PUGs are frustrating as many do not understand their professions, being new players, or slow to uptake. You should do all of the dungeons if you can, since they do contribute to a narrative of the game and help flesh out the world and allow you to glimpse interesting things. Ascalon Catacombs is difficult to do with random people, especially if they have never learned what dodge rolling is.

All of the dungeons can be fun and enjoyable as well as challenging. Personally, I find a fun aspect of doing dungeons to be repeating them to improve in skill and tactic for certain situations as some conflicts can be down right cruel if you are doing them wrong with only certain ways actually effective. I can honestly make no assertion towards which dungeon and path is easiest to do with random people. The few pick ups that I’ve joined have been trash in comparison to an organized team that communicates and knows what the majority of all their skills do and how they could potentially utilize them.

Ok thank you Grenic for putting something positive in that general bitterness that have became mmo forums. I think i’ll try to find a guild who have dungeons as a goal.

Also to the others my aim wasn’t to make “speed run” at all, in fact i like this game because it is supposed to end those kind of “bad” habits, well they are bad habits to me at least. I want to do dungeon for the content as we used to in the old games i played decade ago, and not to farm the loot at the end boss encounter, but i guess a lot of people have hard time to understand this.
