Where are the warriors?

A zerk warrior on the ground does 0 dps, compared to a ranger or necro who can survive a beating.
this is the only game where this don t work:
A zerker warrior can kill something before dying.
It can also rally easier and even take something to the grave with him.
A necro alive can t outDPS a single dredge/ascalon vet regen in high fractals.
You can t win PvE by attrition…
A PvE player is supposed to avoid a 1-2 second 1 shotting aoe.
A WWW player is considered uncapable of avoiding a 5,75 second aoe for half his health.
A zerker warrior on the ground does 0 DPS while on the ground, but it’s quite possible that their average damage throughout the run is still higher than the engineer, necro or ranger’s, especially considering the average gear people have on those classes. Also, they wouldn’t be on the ground as much if they had a proper anchor relieving melee pressure. Just because you went down last doesn’t mean you’re the best player in the group, it means the enemies considered you a low priority.

You, sir, deserve more likes.
Well I hate to say this but at higher level fractals no one can take a beating. Just can’t do it. Damage avoidance is the only game in town. Why I love playing mes at that level, so much damage avoidance entirely.
Still take guard/war in fotm any day all day. At least up to 2. Can carry a subpar group easily.
They are either in CoF p1 or way above your fotm level. Just because you don’t see them doesn’t mean they aren’t there.
You also tend to see a lot more guardians in fotm for the reflects. I think the best team make up would be 1 mes, 2 guards, 2 wars or 1 mes, 2 guards, 1 war, 1 thief.
Like somebody else said earlier, at higher levels the best strategy is to kill as fast as possible. The longer the fight goes on, the better chance you’ll make a mistake and wipe.
