Which Arah path is the easiest?
p3 is the most pug friendly. P2 is easy if you can skip deadeyes.
I don’t think any one path is objectively the easiest.
1) P1 has the easiest fights and skips but has a long run back to Lupicus, making it rather annoying if your group can’t handle him reliably.
2) P2 has very easy fights and skips but it is long.
3) P3 is the shortest but has the hardest fights and skips.
4) P4 is just straight out long and has a DPS check but nothing requires actual dodging or reflexes.
In what world does p1 have the easiest skips? The skip after ooze is probably one of the most difficult in the game for less experienced players. P2 isnt really that long. P3 fights are so easy, only one that might be painful for some pug groups is the mage crusher. When looking back at my first experience in each arah path. P3 was definitely the most newbie friendly and p4 wasnt so bad either despite it being long.
P3 only gives 1.5 gold but is probably the easiest for pugs. The fights and runs are all pretty easy.
The rest give 3 g. P2 and p1 are probably best if you’re pugging it. But if you have a high dps team that knows the dungeon, all paths are pretty quick.
P3 is easiest. IMO thenext would be P2.
P3 is the easiest and shortest but only gives 1.5g. P2 is easy as well but it’s a bit longe and the deadeyes can give inexperienced people problems when skipping. P1 is quick but has some annoying skips and if you wipe at Lupi the nearest wp is quite a distance away. P4 is just long and not really worth it if you’re not in an organized group.
Gandara
What they’re not telling you about P2… is that you need some serious stealth for clean skips on the longest sections (hence why Pugs usually go P3 for their skips)

You really dont.. with a bit of experience all skips are doable (i’ve done them on 6 classes so far, missing ranger/necro)
necro is pretty good at skipping with plague form and ranger has rampage as one aswell.
Path 3 is objectively the easiest. The 2nd boss is incredibly easy and a WP spawns after him so people who die on the first challenging run can easily rejoin. Another WP spawns after the 2nd challenging run so people can again rejoin.
I don’t care about possible… we’re talking about convenient here.
Not to mention thieves are pretty desperate for ANY kind of niche they can possibly eek out in PvE so you should just shutup for once and let them have it…
No need to get angry :P

Where’s your guide for helping pugs get through the second run without a mesmer? On my guardian I can do it in my sleep, but there is always that one guy who can’t seem to make it for the life of him.(even some pug warriors find a way to die there). Generally what I do to help people get through the second run is pull the first group of risen to high right side, then let my pugy teammates go left so they can pass the Drakes and oozes with clean aggro while not having to deal with the risen putting them in combat early.

I just kick everyone who can’t make the run till I get 4 others that can.

There really doesn’t need to be a guide. People just need to get used to equipping their trash running skills.

If you can get all pug players this knowledge prior to joining that would be great. Appreciate it.

Thats the point though. Most pugs dont have that knowledge so p1 has the hardest skips. Hence p1 is not pug friendly and doesnt have the easiest skips….
Oh yeah, you’re always using Mass Invisibility, Blink, Feedback and taking your time to swap utilities and recharge your skills after ooze.
You can apply same on all arah path 2 and 3 skips so that isn’t really an argument. Not to mention you don’t even need any skills but some stability to do path 2 and 3 skips, not even movement skills. I did them on low level toons several times, not sure if i could say same about path 1 skips if i try (surely with stealth or tons of movement skills, but not with just walking).

My point is, there doesn’t need to be a guide to each individual trash run. Maybe just a guide on how to trash run. Some people just don’t change utilities throughout a dungeon.

My point was a guide under perfect circumstances(ie being a mesmer), doesn’t help that much. I prefer a guide for experienced players to easily guide pugs through if a mesmer isn’t present. Which is why I gave that quick example of getting the Risen’s attention on the second run so your pug teammates can slip through on the left. Also not getting the ooze field or gas cloud active before they get to it is also a critical point.
