Guild Wars 2

I’m quite frankly at a loss in this matter and it would be great if somebody had crunched the numbers already so I’d be spared the trouble of persuading my teammates to help me out with it.
I’ve browsed through DnT’s public theorycrafting forum (not very thoroughly so I apologize if I’ve missed it) in hopes of finding something there yet I couldn’t.
So, does anyone know of any up-to-date spreadsheets on this matter?

I guess its engineers with bombs. I feel that bomb kit has a higher atack speed underwater than on land, but i dont have nothing to back up this claim.

Noones bothered to calculate it. Its probably necro/engi/ele and warrior if you are counting solo dps.

it used to be engineer by a mile, but the repeated nerfs to engineer’s underwater may put Mesmers ahead (assuming using spear against a wall). Engineer attack speed with grenade kit underwater was nerfed and then it received the far worse nerf of causing the thrown grenades underwater to spread out when thrown in a triangle shaped pattern (meaning one will usually miss, grenade barrage is even worse, in melee you will often miss 5 out of the 7 grenades the skill throws.) all this being said engineer’s speargun skill scatter mines is still ridiculously overpowered with a 420% power scaling on this skill…not to mention you can grab hair trigger and rifle mods traits to make it even better.

If you’re talking a group probably warriors, mesmers (assuming you get 3 spear phantams up) and an engineer. Might stacking isn’t so hot underwater, so a PS warrior is actually really sick.

Mesmer burst can be pretty awesome on spear and against a wall. Their #2 skill is like a mini fgs. 5>3>mirror images>f1>2>auto
