I personally hate that you need to vote to kick someone. In order to make a well organized group, only 1 person should be allowed to which is the party leader just like other MMO. Because there is just a lot of people that enter without reading the LFG.

In that case I find it very important that 1 person can sort out the group. Of course there will be risk in making this feature, but after all its better then vote kick. Some people can do that anyways if they have 2 accounts + computers but I can’t afford that

I hope that my idea is clear =)

You’ve basically highlighted every possible problem with allowing only one person to kick.

having two or more people to kick would be impractical for smaller party sizes. then again, anet could scale it for different party sizes. BUT that requires anet to do work so forget any hope of that ever happening in the near future

i also like the idea of party leader, only he should be able to kick people.

What is fun is that there are like 3 more posts on this same page of dungeon forum (And who knows how many more in discussion) about increasing the number of people who can accept a kick request, thinking that 2 are way too few…

That’s how big of an issue this is. All the meanwhile, Anet remains in ostrich mode, hoping the problem will go away if they just don’t look at it.

But this really isn’t a problem. All these wonderful threads full of tears is delicious schadenfreude. Those kicked get to vent their frustrations in a futile effort and everyone else gets a laugh.
