Just to start with something

There is some truth in this statement, however I want to remind you that you can not balance the lack of skill. Eles are great damage dealers already , however a lot of ele players run horrible builds for dungeons (aurashare for example) with horrible gearsets (celestial would be godly compared to it), even if you buff eles, those people wont go. Same goes for rangers, they can deal very decent dps, however 99% are longbow camping. Now of course some things can be balanced out, for example how necros bring very little use to your party, but tbh there needs to be a way to really show players how much of an anchor they really are for their groups. (inb4 a quadrillion h4t3r5 show up).

Sword is only good for single target melee boss kill or cluster target mob fights.

So 98% of all dungeon encounters.

He/she is angry. I think we might just want to let them stew a bit. Apparently, they take people insulting longbow very personally.

insulting longbow is still insulting people and just because a guy use longbow doesnt mean hes a noob either. People are stuck in the head with that image of the guy using longbow in the backyard and doing nothing.

I used long bow on my ranger once w/ Broadicea & friends in CoE when he’s still around. It hit 10K consistently on rapid fire & QZ. The only problem is by the time, I killed one mob, they already killed them all. So I quit using long bow. No fun.

I was in a guild. Every time I ask guildies to run something they already ran it, doing something else, or are so bad that I’d rather solo than carry their pvt kittens.

I second this. Guilds are unreliable and unless you got a decent friendlist (upon wich you cant actualy count unless you got over 40 online at all time) youl probably be pugging 90% of the time.

Nah just cuz you cant depend on a guild even if it has 30 player out at all time (500 member+) you wont always know them all and that doesnt mean you actualy run in a dungeon running guild my guild does world vs world im just in cuz i like the ambiance. Even if you do know good people in they aint always availlable i wont waste time waiting 3 hour for a guy just because hes good when i can just pug a random in and get things done twice in the same laps of time. I used to run in a dungeon guild wich was called DONE on Northern Shiverpeak (when it still had a population and Angry Army was still out there) and we did arah everyday for fun and tokens. Tbh going in a guild just for the dungeon isnt worth it, what you want is the social.

Guilds are hazardous and unless you are in a full guild of epic like dungeon runner your better off trusting that friendlist that you made with all the actual decent player you encountered pugging and kept tag with.

I don’t PuG. I would rather duo a path with a guildie than PuG, and chances are the run will be more successful thanks to that decision.

As the name of the game suggests, looking for a Guild that suits you is a very good way to go. Everything is more enjoyable with friends, and even if you do have to PuG from time to time you’ll probably find you have more patience to deal with people as opposed to Pugging all day erryday.

Or maybe they all just to busy wasting time in the world vs world but hey i guess one is free to choose wich guild he lives in, i just dont happen to need an actual guild service to get my dungeon done so i dont bother with getting a new one i might or i might not like instead of the one im already confortable with. I dont recall ragequiting any dungeon ive ever done altrought i tend to kick poor or iritable player.
