I don’t understand this. I can get that Anet wants to reduce exploiting and if people exploit then they get the DR but why if you have a good group that can run certain dungeon paths fast you get punished as well?

Also why are you forcing me to run dungeons I don’t want to run even though I don’t want armor or weapons from that dungeon? You can only run each path once in a certain amount of time and after you finish all the paths you get significant DR I don’t understand this. It makekittenet off the game until the next day when I can do it all over again.

Plain and simple it’s not fun at all. Why not create a system that rewards players for doing all the paths in a dungeon in a day and then after that they can’t get anymore tokens at all in that dungeon? I mean to me that would be more worth it then just getting a extremely small amount of tokens when I run the path again. Yes I suppose I’m still getting tokens but its just not worth it.

So I suggest instead of punishing players for running dungeons multiple times with a DR system Anet should create it to where when you run a path you get the 60 tokens and then when you complete all the paths in that dungeon in 24 hours you get an additional 60 tokens or something like that. And then if you run the same path within 24 hours you just don’t get tokens besides the first time you ran it. It would be like DCUO and having weekly runs but this would just be dailies basically.

On top of that in order to promote people wanting to run the dungeons even though they don’t get tokens to do how they did in GW1 with actual good end chests where you can get super rare unique items.

Just some thoughts.

I guess your whine is get your daily tokens uberfast speedclearing and logoff and go to sleep, so you can be cool like us wasting an entire day without speedclear, huh?

I did explain myself maybe read everything I said. It would be more rewarding to do all the paths in a dungeon (like the devs want us to do) and then when we do it we get a “good job here’s a reward for doing all the paths”. I never said I speed clear and then log off so stop assuming that’s all I do plus there’s no way to speed clear every path in a dungeon so that would be impossible to begin with. I just find there to be no incentive in doing dungeons when you have to worry about the time and how many dungeons you’ve ran it’s not fun.

And I explained it to be daily dungeons like DCUO or WoW was but they were a week lockout and no one ever complained because their rewards were worth the effort. 24 hours is not bad at all compared to that. And on top of that you could actually run the dungeon again except you don’t get the tokens so if you need to help your guild out then you could.

And it’s not my fault you’re not good at dungeons to run certain paths fast. Maybe you should do them more? Or possibly get a better team?

I see, you want a surplus completing all paths. Like if 180 tokens per day wasn’t enough, compared to the old system with tokens per chest. Do you know at least how many tokens you was going to get completing a path, prepatch (not a speedclear path)?
