Can the runes drop from dungeons change to account bound instead of soulbound?

My warrior do not need superior rune of monk but my guardian do.

My warrior do not need superior rune of Sanctuary but my low level elementalist need this later.

sounds fair, this means they still aren’t sellable on the TP which is what i think the original reason for having them soulbound was. still sucks to get one of those runes from the mystic forge and be unable to sell it but thats a different issue.

I agree. There is no point in a minor rune at CoE if my low level character can’t use it.

make them account bound
